Bespoke Jewellery Glasgow

Every bespoke piece begins with you. Whether it’s a clear idea you’ve been dreaming about for years, or just a feeling you want to capture, we will guide you through and help create something that feels completely personal. The moment you hold it in your hands should feel like it was always meant to be yours.

HOW IT WORKS

Designed with you, not just for you.

Your design starts with a relaxed conversation in our Glasgow workshop. We will talk through your ideas, refine the style with you, and help you explore different options for stones, metals and finishes.

You can be involved as much as you want. From sketches and CAD designs to selecting the materials, we work alongside you to make sure every detail feels right.

Our in-house CAD team will build a 3D design, and if you would like to see it before we make anything, we can print a wax model for you to try on.

Everything happens under one roof CAD, casting, setting and finishing. The same jeweller who starts your piece will finish it, so it’s cared for every step of the way.

In Focus

The Bubble Ring

This spectacular bubble ring was created in 2025 in our city centre workshop by our director and head jeweller, Stuart Harkness. After a consultation with the design team, our talented CAD designer Lisa Catterson created renders of a ‘bubble’ ring, featuring the client’s Round Brilliant Cut diamonds and yellow gold.

As the client wanted to repurpose their gold, this entire ring was handmade by Stuart. The stones were removed, the gold melted and then each piece carefully reconstructed on the bench. Each stone is carefully set, and the ring is finished by hand by our dedicated polishers.

What Can We Make?

Our Glasgow workshop creates bespoke jewellery for all kinds of occasions.

BESPOKE ENGAGEMENT RINGS

Create an engagement ring around the person who will wear it.

Choose your stone, metal, setting and finer details with guidance from our team. We work with natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds and coloured gemstones, and can create both classic and more unusual designs.

You can review the design in CAD before we start making the final ring.

BESPOKE WEDDING RINGS

If a standard wedding band does not sit properly beside your engagement ring, we can design one that does.

Our CAD team can create a wedding ring around the shape and proportions of your existing engagement ring.

We can also make plain, patterned, stone-set and matching wedding bands.

JEWELLERY REMODELLING

Some of the most important pieces we work on already have a history.

You may have inherited a ring that does not suit you. You may have jewellery sitting in a drawer that you never wear. Or you may want to keep the stones from an old piece and create something completely different.

We can assess your existing jewellery and talk through what can be reused. Where suitable, we can work with your existing gemstones and metals to create something you will want to wear again.

BESPOKE RINGS, PENDANTS, EARRINGS AND MORE

Bespoke does not have to mean an engagement ring.

Our team can create rings, pendants, earrings and other one-off pieces for birthdays, anniversaries, milestones or simply because you have an idea you want to make real.

How Does Our Bespoke Jewellery Process Work?

1. START WITH A CONVERSATION

Come into our Glasgow showroom and tell us what you have in mind.

Bring inspiration if you have it. That could be photographs, sketches, another piece of jewellery or an existing stone.

We will talk about the design, how you plan to wear it and the budget you want to work within.

There is no pressure to arrive with every detail decided.

2. CHOOSE STONES AND METALS

We will show you options that suit the design and your budget.

Depending on the piece, this could include:

  • Natural or lab-grown diamonds
  • Coloured gemstones
  • Yellow/white/rose gold
  • Platinum
  • Existing stones from your own jewellery
  • Existing metal where it is suitable to reuse

We will explain the differences in plain language so you can make the decision that feels right for you.

3. SEE YOUR JEWELLERY IN CAD

Once the direction is agreed, our in-house CAD team can build your design digitally.

This lets you see the proportions, setting and overall shape before the final piece is made.

If something does not feel right, we can discuss changes at this stage.

You are not being asked to imagine the finished result from a sketch alone.

4. TRY A 3D MODEL

For suitable designs, we can also print a physical model.

You can hold it, see the scale and, in the case of a ring, try the shape on your hand before we move to the finished piece.

For shaped wedding bands, this can also help you see how the new ring will sit beside your engagement ring.

It gives you another chance to make sure the design feels right before our jewellers begin making it.

5. MADE IN OUR GLASGOW WORKSHOP

Once you approve the design, our workshop takes over.

CAD, casting, bench work, stone setting, polishing and finishing all happen under one roof.

Your jewellery does not need to travel between different businesses while it is being made.

Our jewellers work alongside our CAD team, setters and polishers throughout the process, combining traditional bench skills with the technology we have in the workshop.

5. THE FINISHED PIECE

Before your jewellery leaves the workshop, our team checks the finished piece.

Then comes the part you have been waiting for.

You get to see the idea that started as a conversation sitting in front of you as a finished piece of jewellery.

We will also talk you through how to look after it and when it may need cleaning, checking or maintenance.
